Which sounds totally wonderful until I remember that I actually have 88 days left to crochet because as of right now, I am 62 days behind.
Whoa!
But that also means that I have already crocheted 277 days into this year long blanket project of mine…
And it is so big and so beautiful and I am so excited to finish it and use for the rest of my life (during the colder months, of course)!
So, while my last update had me feeling hopeful that I could catch up, I’ve now admitted to myself that even if I mostly catch up before November 28th (the last official day of watching the sky), the last few days (with Thanksgiving and all) will most likely be completed after my Birthday…
And I’m totally OK with that because this sky blanket is absolutely epic…
And has been such a fun way to record my 38th year 🙂

Hi Brianna, it is *such a fun project! Though, the colors must not be reading true…what you’re seeing is three shades of grey (light, dark, and fluffy dark),two whites (regular weight and a fluffy), and two blues (light and “sky”). We are very lucky here to *not have pollution/brown skies 🙂
