I am so pleased to have been able to offer the Local Bite Local Perspective Series as part of the Local Bite Challenge we undertook in the spring and summer of 2014! 16 local food advocates shared their perspectives with us on why eating locally is important to them, how their choices have impacted their lives, their local communities and how they have had a greater impact on the world around them!
Below is the list of each of the participating writers and the date their post went live.
I hope you will be as inspired by each of their perspectives as I have been!
