2016 Ameraucana Chicks

It’s officially that time of year again!

One of my very favorite activities each February is picking out the year’s flock additions. So, yesterday, after a long, exhausting day at work, we thought eight chirping, fluffy butted babies would be the perfect answer.

They were!

We are still looking to round out our additions this year with some white layers, but these cuties will satisfy us for the time being!

Are you ready to watch these little ladies grow up? Because there will surely be many, many photo shoots in our future 🙂

    We are beyond ready!! Been prepping for 5 yrs and I’ve personally wanted to start chicks for 20. So, oh yeah we are soo excited.
    By the end of it; this year we will have 9 tiny fluff balls:)

    Not quite ready to bring fluff balls home here yet but we have been talking varieties. So many to choose from and I want them all! 🙂
