Well, our first batch of home brew has been bottled and capped (44 bottles, to be exact) and we’re aiming for a first taste on Thanksgiving (which, if you’re counting, is only 18 days away…crazy)!
Cream Ale…mmm…
And right now we are over run with goat milk…right now we have 14 quarts of it in our fridge from the last few milkings and we just can’t keep up with it! We’ve made a little cheese and our first batch of yogurt and I’m currently looking for recipes for fudge, soap and…well…anything else we can make with such abundance!
Holy cow…er…goat! 😉

You can also give some goat milk to the chickens. They love yogurt and milk.
