It’s official. I’ve become addicted to canning. Everything I see now…fruit, vegetable, whatever… I wonder if I can stick it in a hot water bath and save it for later. It’s a problem. There truly are not enough hours in the day.

This is my first year canning and it’s been lots of fun and a bit of a learning curve! I definitely recommend trying it…it feels so good to see your own canned food on the shelf, just waiting to be eaten!!!

Looking at your beetroot canned jar I feel inspired to try preserving them too. But I am still really a novice on preserving food.
