Friday Night, October Light

Friday Night, October Light

Last night, after an incredibly busy week and even busier day, I took Sprout outside to get some fresh air and to release some wiggles. However, instead of running around like the Crazy Child I thought she’d be after being inside all  day long, she simply wanted to putter around, eat the last apple, and calmly enjoy the gorgeous fall evening barefoot.

Who was I to argue?

Two hours later, we were both rested, rejuvenated, and feeling completely content in how the weekend was beginning.

Now while Sprout’s Birthday is on Wednesday, today we will celebrate her 2nd Birthday in her favorite park, with some family and friends, and (of course) a pizza!

But first, first…here are a few of my favorite shots from our glorious Friday evening filled with fantastic October light…
